Stakeholder Engagement Forums

  1. Nairobi
    Nairobi Stakeholders forum was held on 28th September 2021 at Radisson Blue Arboretum was graced by Rt. Hon Raila Amollo Odinga – patron of Make In Kenya Extravaganza.
    The event was attended by key stakeholders representing several sectors including manufacturing, telecommunication, agriculture, jua kali artisans, health, banking.
    We also had representation from the government and the diplomatic community.
    A panel comprising Keproba representative, TVET DG and Hass Petroleum CEO discussed the role of TVETS in supplying talent in the market.

Engagements will culminate in a 4-day extravaganza comprising:

  • Plenary Sessions – Themed stakeholder-led Policy conversations aimed at drumming up long-term support for the Made In Kenya Initiative
  • Youth Connect Summit (Boma) – conversdations between Kenya’s leadership and the Youth
  • Exhibitions for Kenyan Made Goods and Services as well as TVET institutions
  • Entertainment by Kenyan Artists, Comedians, Dancers
  • Awards – For the most innovative Kenyan products show-cases
  • Food Festival – an exhibition of local cuisine
